Laugh your way to wellness
We are in the midst of history, unfortunately. These days are times we will hopefully look back upon and sigh, with relief that we transcended the challenges and grew even stronger. Now, however while we are in it, we must share our hope with each other. Laughter Yoga is designed for times of difficulties, forging community.
I, like the rest of humanity am learning how to use Zoom to replace our weekly in-person meetings as well as we can. In the meantime, take care of yourself. It is okay to go outside and get sunlight and fresh air. Get your sleep, drink water, eat healthy foods and find reasons to laugh. If there are no reasons to laugh, laugh for no reason. Just laugh!!!
We held our first Zoom laughter yoga class on Wednesday, March 18th. It went pretty well and we were 17 strong! We’re going to do it again every Wednesday at 5:30pm! See you there.
